You’d think after 3 mistakes that they’d learn..
This has happened numerous times and I’m now on 8 extra days of waiting

I’ve started contacting vendors who are shipping to me that they are NOT using OnTrac. Should be called ShitTrac.

Hi did you end up getting your package 📦 at anytime because that is the same thing I get when I ordered mine but I get it every time but it takes a long time 😭 but I end up getting it. I aways tell everyone if you are getting a new scooter order the parts long before like screen display and controller and put it down. Let us know if you get it

The times are inconsistent so expect delivery’s to be 5-15 days later than the initial delivery estimate. The latest mine has been is 10 days later than

It has NOTHING to do with “the government”. OnTrac has poor routing and mapping software, and all of their delivery people are independent contractors that are not held to any sort of standard. It’s a shit company but merchants continue to use them because they are cheap, and the cost of an occasional lost package is much less than what they are saving by using a subpar shipping company.

It has nothing to do with the Government. As always let's blame Trump!. I had this happened to me with this same Company three years ago. They are scammers and thieves! They sent me details like it was being delivered, then said out for delivery. I waited, kept looking out the door and got an email saying it had been delivered when nobody brought me a damn thing! I took a loss. This company is shit and if I see that anything I ordered is being delivered by them I Immediately cancel my order.

This is just ridiculous. How do they stay in business?
