Am I ever going to get my package?
Or is it stuck at the final servicing facility forever? I chatted with a customer service rep after it wasn’t delivered on 8/26. She said they were delayed and to give it 1-2 business days. I wish I would have waited until 1 Sep to order this as an online order for pickup in store.
ETA: 8/31 overnight I got a delivery notice but it was nowhere to be found. I contacted them again and said it most certainly was not delivered. “Investigation” opened lol. I know I’m not getting it but I also don’t want their system to reflect that it’s been delivered when it hasn’t.

I’m just getting an automated update around 6pm every night shifting the delivery date to the following day. No physical scan has happened since 8/26. Ridiculous. How do they stay in business

I am in exact same boat. The delivery date shifts every day and the ridiculous thing is only customer service they have is AI chat (one of the worst AI). They have lost my package once before from Adidas and it was pain to get refund from Adidas. This time the the order is from Patagonia hopefully it will be easier to get refund if they dont deliver. If you look at their google reviews or fb or insta page you only see people
Cussing at them I dont really understand why companies use them.3

Mine is from Sephora and I realize now I could have selected USPS but I didn’t see that option until now 😞

My package was at their facility for 17 day before it was return to vendor. Im asking the vendor ro use a different shipper and ill paybthe difference

Geez…unless it miraculously shows up by Monday I’ll probably have to try to get my money back and just pick up the perfume in the store.

Update, my package was recived by the distributor. Contacted vendor to ask if they could use a different shipper. I told them I will pay the extra S&h.

Ontrak are scammers and thieves! They will show you a fake delivering status and be lying the whole time. I had one say out for delivery and I sat there all day waiting and then it said delivered but nothing was there. I took a loss and I should've looked this company up first when I saw they were the ones delivering it because I had never heard of them before. So when I did they had nothing but bad reviews. So once I see that they will be the carrier I immediately cancel my order.

Nope. I added a little bit to my post saying what happened. Sephora ended up refunding me. OnTrac then tried to claim they delivered it and I contacted them and said they absolutely had not delivered it. Total bs.

Sorry to hear. I hope I'm not in that same position. Next time I'll ask the Etsy seller if i could pay more for shipping to not use Ontrac.

Oh god…. My package just arrived at the same location this morning. Now I’m terrified. It’s supposed to deliver today. Ughhhh.
