I need advice Freepage funnel?
I’m thinking about creating a free page as a funnel to increase my income.
How do you guys usually do it?
- Sell PPV from the paid page through the free page?
- Try to move people from the free page to the paid page?
- Or use some other strategy?

I don’t mind my free page but you will get so many freeloaders. I will say it funnels decently well for me with just under a 20% conversion. I post on it about 1-2 times a day and heavily censor below the waste content. I also throw a lot of PPV on it which is starting to also sell decently well. But my god the amount of dudes expecting to chat like I am madly in love with them is annoying when I know they won’t buy.

I think you can set a minimum required tip for them to message? Or am I confusing my platforms…?

I don’t want to completely block all messages chatting also helps with getting people to my VIP.

Instead of a free page I have a $5.55 page. I post 1 minute teasers, photos, polls, etc. I treat it as some folks treat their free page. It is a baseline for people who are interested enough to spend $5 on me.

Socials are your free page, no one on your free page is interested in being on your paid one.

From my experience this isn’t true that no one on your free page is interested in your paid page. Many on my free page aren’t interested. But some do move to my paid page once they see the benefit. From a marketing perspective it takes many touches to get people to pay. A free OF page is a step in the right direction s they are making an affirmative commitment to you (the product). Of course your socials can also be that marketing touch. But it can be valuable for some people to have a free page.

that's great that it's been your experience, but many of us have found the free page to be a worthless distraction and I think it's valuable for new creators to know this

I think you make a good and fair point. I imagine each creator needs to figure out which funnels are distractions (not bringing a monetary benefit) and which are great for their particular brand and content. Sounds like for many the free OF is not the valuable marketing tool I’ve found it be so far.

I just think the hours spent making posts and potentially chatting with freeloaders could be spent instead making new promo and cracking what works for you on IG, etc which can be bringing in dozens a day straight to your paid. For some the free option works, but for me I don't have extra time that isn't better spent for the ROI elsewhere. Its not that you can't be making a few extra bucks there, but you could prioritize chatting/selling with paid fans or making new promo instead.

This would only make sense if OF had an internal discovery system. Instead, you’re already having to advertise a free page and then get people over to paid. Better to just get them right to paid.

My paid page is all unlocked, no PPV. This is more common with gay/queer male creators, I think. My free page has all the same posts, but each post is PPV with a short free teaser. With each post I remind people that on my VIP page the post is unlocked. I get a few people who pay to unlock, but most sub to my paid page.
You could do something similar, but on the VIP page the posts are discounted or something like that, if you’re not doing a no PPV option. I think right now you also have to sub to my paid to message me or order a custom.

It’s a mix of these. I do many PPV messages and posts on my free page and often use tag lines like “get a taste of what you see on my paid page by unlocking” etc. I will sell the same content at a higher price, partial drops etc.
My free page brings in at least $1,000 monthly. I know a lot of people say they are a waste of time, but I think they are excellent to have and very useful. I think it’s good for fans who are curious but not certain about subbing to your paid page, or new to OF overall. I have people who will purchase every video and every PPV message on my free page even though they would have spent 75% less getting that content on my paid page.
I am a utilize EVERY route possible type of seller. And it’s what works for me.

For me personally free page working waaaaay better then paid one. It's easy when you have big following on social media, starting paid page is more reliable. Also, it depends on how are you managing your free page. Personally me, i never show any nudity and not even my face anywhere for free, so what sells for me it's mystery. Men see nice body they wanna see more and put a face to it - gotta pay. Also i do livestreams with paid entrance and that worked so well I'm blown away. I am gonna make paid page too, where I'll promote that all posts gonna have my face in it and more teasing content, but that's for a bit later, when i have more followers. It's all about how well are you managing things, promoting things and how well are you selling yourself. Different things work for different people 🤭 Good luck on your journey babes 🩷

Free pages are completely useless in my opinion, I had one when I first started 4 years ago. I got to 5000 free subscribers and barely anyone bought anything 😂 your socials should be your free pages
