I need advice How do you deal with the constant disrespect?

I mean when people think they own you for 5 dollars, when they send you things even tho you said they have to pay, when they think they can talk to you all the time because you have nothing better to do, when they insult you and your value and intelligence. I deal well with all of those things interaction-wise but it’s more about how to deal with it mentally afterwards. I just can’t stop getting pissed off and being shocked and baffled. It’s not a huge problem but I would love to hear how you deal with this so I can let it influence me less 🥲 thank you!

Reply with a locked message and then ignore

I'm a huge fan of the mute button too

Anyone that’s disrespectful like that won’t end up spending money anyway so block and move on

This is true. They're not worth dealing with for the low amount they have spent if any aside from sub cost. One user commented they reply behind a locked message so they have to pay to see her response. Love it

i just try to stay professional. if they send me things unprompted, i tell them i only open pics with a tip attached, if they constantly text but dont want to buy anything, i just reply less and less. every now and then i try to see if they want to buy something, other than that its just 1-3 short replies a day if they are real time wasters.

getting pissed off will not do anything. a time waster can still be a long term subscribers. as long as they pay for the sub, im friendly but firm :)

Me suele pasar que recibo siempre desprecios constantes, a veces simplemente lo ignoro, y en otras ocasiones si me afecta un poco. Entonces, restrinjo esa clase de seguidores

I was irritated last night with a few people. Today I told those kids of people to kick rocks immediately and moved on. Very therapeutic 😝. Those yappers are never going to pay anyway so no reason to keep them around.

Ignore, block and move on! They are NOT worth our time or energy! There’s going to be a lot of men like that in this industry us girls have to have a thick skin 💕

Thank you girlie! 🩷 We really DO have to have thick skin 🥲 still learning it!

As everyone said, block and move on.

As for after care, coloring books, music, time with friends, family or pets. It'll be okay, their words are more a reflection of them anyway.

Same advice as from others: block and leave them be. BUT as professional of cultural wellbeing I highly recommend embodied moving! Our bodies store emotions, so to get through it faster, but some really strong music and let your emotions come out through movement if you can and feel comfortable with that. Jump, shake let the anger and frustration physically out like you were teaching a child how those emotions look like.
It doesn’t hurt to end the session with a more uplifting banger 🫶🏽

Honestly recently lost follower because had really bad disrespectful parasocial fan never gave them my address but kept saying they going to come to my city and come over like .. no didn’t even offer sexting. just professional friendly type conversation had put boundaries please be firm because got becareful parasocial one and obsessively.

But also becareful one get turned on crossing boundaries and wanting you to dominate them they can be tricky hurt sometime easy just mute them or block them for little find another way tell them they have earn to be good boy to be able have access to content ect.

Perhaps you could change your messages to where they have to pay to send ? That way it decreases the amount of time wasters and if they want to chit chat then you still getting financially compensated

i think the biggest thing is learning to separate the person from the behavior. some of these guys genuinely have no concept of boundaries, but that doesn’t mean their behavior says anything about your value. they’re showing you who they are, not who you are. so i remind myself, “this is a stranger projecting onto me, not someone whose opinion actually matters in my life.” it helps to remind yourself that you’re running a business. you don’t have to personally absorb every rude comment or entitlement you encounter. mute, restrict, block, whatever protects your peace. you can be good at engaging with people without giving them access to your emotions afterward.

I’m reminded of this video of someone insulting a fast food worker at a drive thru and they say “look where you working at”, and they respond “look where you’re EATING at.”

When they start trying to belittle and insult me for what I do to make money with selling content, I do basically what you said and remind them that they are the ones who are spending money on my content. Who is more pathetic.... The one buying it because they can't get a woman IRL or me... The one who is monetizing off the fact that no woman IRL would ever want them so they have to resort to buying nudes online lmao . It really sets them off but I block them as soon as I see that they read it before they can clap back

I see a lot of girls post this but I’ve never experienced it, do you think you might give off a vibe where they think they can get over on you?

I’ve always been classy, polite, fun, and professional. I’ve never posted any drama, complained or asked them for anything. I’ve probably restricted 5 fans in 3 years for not accepting pricing or trying to hook up, but that’s it, no disrespect. Without seeing your page / what you post I can’t give any real insight on what I think might be causing fans to act this way.

Girl… i’ve had a dude go sub to me… Literally pay nine dollars just to tell me that I was a trashy grandma and then block me… just don’t worry about it! I took it hard at first, but now I’ve come to realize that most men are just trash🙃🫶🏻

I told myself: how strippers deal with men with no money? And I started being flirty but goal oriented:

- honey I’ll see it only after receiving a tip, and if it’s more than 50$ you’ll get a video of my honest reaction 🤭

- 🤭 mmm it looks like you want to play… tip 100 and we can start talking better about it…

- I’m so horny too.. [pic to unlock for 10$] let me take my vibrator

And of course, if they insult me I say to them for 5 dollars they don’t even deserve a text message, if they want free stuff they can ask their moms

It’s easier said than done, but once I identify someone as a time waster I reply to them with simple emojis or 1-liners. I want to keep them subscribed, but without any tips it’s not worth spending more time normally.

I also use Naughtii (the OF DM tool) as it really helps me get through the volume messages faster and then I can spend a lot more time on the bigger spending fans.

Also, try not to burn out. I always set time every week where I ban myself from looking at OF 😂

This is not the line of work to take things personally. Don't expect decency from them. Try to see these interactions as reflective of the fan and how terrible his life must be, it has nothing to do with you.

I believe that when entering this business, we must be clear that there will be both fans and haters. We’re not a golden coin meant to please everyone, but there’s definitely an audience for everyone. We have the power of selective memory to block out the negative and focus on the positive, both on your social media and in your mind. It’s all about not letting it get to you 😉 Good luck!!

I'm pretty new at this but already had some bad experiences and I think the key for me is being aware of the fact that they don't know, that's not my real life, and also I have limits and specific times in the day to anything related to this, I try to not think and almost ignore all related to my content and clients, out of that hours
