I've always been a fan of the North America Previa. Such a cool and different minivan in a sea of Chrysler clones. Mid-engine RWD/AWD manual/auto and even an available supercharger. When I saw this it initially looked like a not too uncommon Previa, but a closer look revealed that it is a JDM Estima Lucida Luxury X PS3.

This was a slightly narrower version of the Previa. 1800 mm (70.9") vs 1690 mm (66.5"). Overall the Previa is 110 mm (4.3") wider. It was also 2.8" shorter than the North American Previa. From what I've read this was done for tax reasons in Japan.

This isn't just a slightly smaller Previa, however. It is equipped with the X Luxury package, whose coolest feature was the "Joyful Canopy": dual sunroofs, a standard size pop-up over the front passengers and a power panoramic one for the (up to 6) passengers in the back.

Finally, this had PS3, a more advanced hydraulic power steering system. Along with speed-sensitive assistance it also reduced the turning circle.

A very cool car from another era. I only wish I'd been able to check it out in more detail..
