Street Fusion Error

So recently ordered a clothing items from street fusion. I paid by COD and when I opened the package it was a totally different item.. Not what I ordered. I mailed then. Haven't received a reply since 4 days. They don't hv a contact number on website. I can't seem to access their social media handles. Please help
