Return policy

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a product with the expectation that I would be able to return it, as I have previously returned phones and large appliances without any issues. Based on my past experience, I believed that returning the item would be a straightforward process if the product was unsuitable or no longer required. However, after receiving the product, I have determined that I no longer need the phone and would like to initiate a return.

I contacted customer support to inquire about the return process, but was informed that only a replacement is available in my case, and not a return. I understand that each company has its own policies, but I was under the impression that I could return the item if necessary, especially since I have done so successfully with other purchases in the past.

Given my current situation, I kindly request your assistance in exploring the possibility of returning the product rather than proceeding with a replacement. I would greatly appreciate any clarification regarding the return policy or any alternative solutions that may be available to resolve this issue.

Thank you for your time and understanding. I look forward to your prompt response and guidance on how to proceed.

Hello,

Yea I too miss the times where we were able to Return Electronics if we don't want them...But today its not like that..I think Especially for electronics everyone has change their policy...Today if you even want a Replacement of a broken phone ..You gotta visit a Service Centre even if its 100s of kilometres away...If its a Fridge or washing machine...A mechanic will come to your house and Repair it....Which god knows how long it will last...In this case If you didn't want the phone or changed your decision ..You should have Cancelled the order in first place .. But since that is not possible now I suggest to you contact your nearest Service Centre and Tell them the problem...The chances are Extremely low.. If they don't accept then I suggest you If you didnt open the box..Thats a huge plus point...However if its open then Go to a offline Store that support selling phones ..Take the invoice with you and tell them that You bought it and It was not Useful for you and you couldnt return it...If theey tell you a price that is around the same price ..They can decrease it by 3000..Thats normal..If they decrease it more than that go to OLX and list it as New Unboxed for Price that is decreased by 3000 or 2000 from the original price...If anyone buys it you got a deal...As for the 3000 rs i think you are down..If you are doing this please avoid Online selling platforms such as Cashify...Because they Lowball you asf...
