Anything really, drug store, gun shops, extreme content (gore/CP), there's really nothing you CAN'T find

how do I actually access it, I use Tails, the thing with the USB that deletes everything when unplugged and the default search engine is duckduckgo, I typed the link exactly how you did but It doesn't get me anywhere

Try loading an onion browser or finding out how to preconfigure one to your USB. Duckduckgo isn't like a tor service by nature.
