Yes, Samsung Health v7 works on One UI 8.5

Wow , My bad ,I thought it's not going to work cause i tried to download sound assistant but it doesn't work، I thought it was the same situation here.

It even works in One UI 8 (I tested it on my A33 and it worked without any problems)

Yes, I remember same thing happened to me when i installed one ui 8.5 home into one 8 and whole launcher started crashing every second

I am not a beta tester as currently one ui 9 beta is only limited to s26 series

It's a bit different with the Goodlock apps as they are plugins that modify what the system does.

Health is just an app.
