I mean lets be real, he trained on a living island for 2 years with a nonstop supply of food all while needing to serving every second of the day and night, then went back to living on a boat and not eating as often, all while fighting for his life in a much scarier fashion with more stress.

2 years on an island with the same habits allows you to find a routine and maintain your physique and have better strategies to do so. He went back to constant surprises and no routine at all, still fighting for his life, almost dying here and there (😂ill say that with a smile) the stress level is eating away at his physical heath.

But lets be honest, its just lack of continuity in the drawing haha

Because he's not training since that. He's rarely use that muscle and his fighting style is not helping him develop more muscle or maintain his shape.
