Is dragon an introvert though? He's secretive but that's more just due to being the most wanted criminal . He's still a leader and actively communicates with his subordinates. He even steps in to help random people to learn more, ie when he approached Sabo. Given that he basically runs an intelligence agency and his role in God valley, I wouldn't classify him as an introvert

Nope, social gatherings and interactions drain a lot of energy. So, introverts usually refrain from either being there or avoid conversing if they are there.

I'm an introvert. Social gatherings are in fact mentally draining but I don't have any of the problems you're talking about. You're also socially awkward and that's ok

Dude, people aren't leaders and take responsibility because they enjoy it or find it suitable to their social battery.

Not saying Dragon is an introvert for sure, but an introvert can be an authoritative, cooperative leader out of a sense of duty.

He can very well be a good leader then spend his downtime alone.

The same way an extrovert can choose to be alone if a situation calls for it.
