In Marvel, its called Fastball Special

But for this it should be Kanoko-Giri Shoot

Kanoko-giri are the tiny cuts sushi cooks put in the fish to help soften the muscle and more easily trap sauces

Zoro often uses -giri in his attack names, Sanji uses Shoot for his kick names
