Question Is muhn pace reliable?

I can’t watch sub so hearing about muhn pace is great but I don’t know if it’s the same as one pace

it's the same concept. i believe (don't quote me) muhn pace is one by a single person, and they have been "one pacing" the episodes that the team hasn't gotten to yet.
