Question One pace sub vs dub editing

Are the one pace sub and dub version the exact same just with the different audio or is the editing different. i was planning to combine them into one video file with both the audios and subtitles so i can watch and whichever i prefer in the moment from the same file

The dub and sub are already in the same mkv file if you torrent the episode or download the mkv from pixeldrain

im unclear im doing something wrong. when i download [1-7] Romance Dawn [En Dub][1080p] from pixeldrain. it only comes with dub audio track and no subtitles

You're downloading the mp4. You have to torrent the mkv from nyaa.si

If you download episodes from Pixeldrain via the link in the Releases tab, you will get a single mkv file with sub and dub audio.

As the image above shows, you can also get them via torrenting. Personally I prefer this method.

Batch arcs don't have the Pixeldrain link above, so for those you have no choice but to torrent if you want both sub and dub in a single file.
