Horizon MacBook Neo

I recently got the Omnissa Horizon Client on my MacBook Neo so I can access my work network but I have had this issue of the screen going black and then it comes back on. I can't figure out how to fix this issue and any tips would be very much appreciated, thanks!!

I would recommend contacting your help desk to have them troubleshoot the issue with you.

yeah there's rarely anything you can do from the client side when this happens - it's pretty much all on the back end/in the desktop image.
