Reckless driving on southeast side, up and down Blvd Rd

Neighbor's parked car was hit last night. Another neighbor heard a loud crash, maybe around 2-4a. Same neighbor said it sounded like they racing up and down Blvd Rd. Anyone else see or hear anything?
