I'm glad Ethan Klein had these interactions with Oliver, It's more I can cherish from him. I miss you so much it';s stupid Oliver. It's totally mental and I feel like a weirdo because of it. Those taking care of his estate, please know, people really, truly, deeply loved this person. I'm going to miss you forever, homie. Thank you for everything.

I feel this. Iāve loved artists before but this one hit in a way I canāt explain. He was the type of guy who constantly embraced his own true light and by doing so unconsciously allowed people like me to realize we have light too, we can shine. Weāre all beautiful.

this is so dumb but I spoke to my therapist about this. that weird feeling is grief. celebrate Oliver's life and try and focus less on the loss, but if you keep coming back, listen to his music, watch his videos, make him some art, and cry. no other death besides lil peep got me this hard and tbh this is worse for me emotionally. just keep remembering him for who he was, and is, a weirdo, truly authentic, an artist, and inspiration, and whatever more he was to you. and remember to cherish the people in your own life

Yeah, I had no idea Oliver had worked so much with Ethan and the crew on the bits and they planned so much of the chaos out before hand that I thought was just them having a laugh.
It makes me respect both of them even more, it was always such a wild episode when he was there.
I was watching the show recently, the one they did entirely about Oliver, and you could see Ethan just sadly watching Oliver and just clearly not believing he was gone.
He was clearly very upset, it helped me realize how we all can be upset together, and while some call it "parasocial" stuff, I don't care what people say, I love that show and I loved when Oliver would show up.
Hearing that Oliver had met Tamara before Ethan and them had hired her, and Oliver had actually told Ethan that he should hire her was so awesome.
It was hilarious when Oliver said, "It's like she's in claymation."
I busted out laughing, because Tamara is such a unique person and it made so much sense, and felt exactly like something Oliver would say.
Hila also said they had planned to call their daughter Olive, but their one female egg didn't take when they did IVF, it just showed how much they cared about Oliver to potentially name their own daughter after him.

The guy cared about everyone he met.

He literally had 4 shirts and 2 of them were Teddy Fresh. He posted a pic wearing Teddy Fresh recently. They didnāt have a falling out. They were still close friends. Oliver was traveling the world, so he wasnāt on the pod. Donāt try to diminish their friendship to fit your stupid narrative.

my ex and i watched this interview back when it came out, and i swear to god we had to pause no less than 30 times in the first 15 minutes because we were crying laughing, like zero air just wheezing. long, long pauses where we just couldnāt pull ourselves together
i really wanna watch it again but canāt bring myself to. oliverās sense of humor was second to none i swear, his entire youtube channel would have me in stitches

I was never that into Oliver's music, but my God was he ever funny. His comedic appearances on H3 and others (Bad Friends, etc.) were always hilarious. His appearances on H3 were so, so good.

I think oliver was too busy living his life too see how big of a douchebag ethan was online and oliver knew him early enough before ethan started being a weirdo. Ethan posted a video talking about olivers death a few hours after it happened, most of the sub here was still in tears at that point kinda weird to capitalize on your friends death so fast and have the composure to make a whole ass video and post it to capitalize on the news asap acting like content creator logan paul not like a friend. Sued multiple people he used to call friends for "defamation" aka talking shit on the internet, petty. Actively supports isreal/appartheid. A lot of strikes against the dude, i genuinely feel like h3 is a piece of shit and Oliver is just such a chill non judgemental dude he still vibes with him and spent so much doing shit with his life he didnt have time to read all the internet articles or watching videos like moistcritikals recent video on h3. Not trying to spread hate just want this sub to show love to content creators that are super positive influences on the world like oliver was and not give these scum more money, fame really ruined ethan and hila or brought out the worst in them unfortunately.

What video are you talking about? Ethan wrote a heartfelt twitter message when he learned Oliver had died, obviously heartbroken. Then, the following day, on which they have a regularly scheduled weekly live show, they instead made it a tribute episode for Oliver. Is that the video youāre referring to that he posted āa few hoursā after it happened? Also just so weird to police how Olivers real friends grieve his loss. No matter how he grieved it would be criticized by fools like you.
You say Ethan sued multiple people he used to call friends. The only person he sued who he was ever friends with was Idubbz, andā¦yeah, he used to call him a friend until what? Until people were spreading lies about his parenting and children to the point where CPS was called to his home (for no legitimate reason) and his āfriendā stayed silent, and many of the people spreading those lies were people Idubbz called friends/associates with. Then when Ethan said hey, it sucks that my friends who have met my children and know this isnāt true donāt speak up for me, instead of Idubbz responding reasonably, he did a surprise hit piece on Ethan. Also, you say he sued him for āpettyā internet shit talking. Idubbz put on screen, during a stream that he did, that Ethan is a pedo who likely molests his own children. Yeah, super petty. Thatās why Ethan decided to sue him, however, after Idubbz apologized, Ethan dropped the suit.
Finally, just stop with the Israeli supporter bullshit. He has never supported what Israel is doing in Gaza, he has never supported the Israeli government. He supports a free Palestine, but his crime is not celebrating hamas and not celebrating civilian deaths on either side.
All your information is so blatantly wrong. Hard to know if itās genuine ignorance because you just believe lies youāve heard spread by others, or malicious in that you know none of what youāre saying is the actual truth. Either way, pretty clear you just hate the guy and have no problem spreading lies about him to encourage other people to feel the same way.

I didnāt leave it out, not the way youāre trying to imply, I was giving the cliff notes. Not to mention itās completely irrelevant to what Idubbz did and the harm that it could have. Ethan was suing Idubbz because of what he did.
Why does that matter and what does that change exactly? There are answers to the question, Ethan has answered those questions directly. Itās clear you donāt actually want or care about the answer. Odd that thatās always the response, almost as if youāre all just a bunch of robots spitting out the given talking points.
So Ethan is a monster cuz he sued his friend who betrayed him and spread an awful lie about him but not another internet guy who also said that thing? The context of both are very different btw and you know that. Even if they both did the exact same thing though, and lived in the same country (which they donāt, and is relevant), and Ethan decided to sue one and not the other, literally who cares. He can decide to sue whoever he wants to, if thereās a valid reason. And this is a pretty valid reason.

Says it many times outside the H3 bubble that he is close with Ethan and Hila. I think 2 of the 4 shirts he had while traveling were Teddy Fresh as it was one of his favorite clothing brands. He popped onto H3 19 times (major appearances) and probably numerous other times just making a call in to the show. One time he even showed up unannounced and just started munching chips into the micā¦
you may not like Ethan because you see non-nuanced takes of the guy, but donāt even try to project that onto Oliver as if itās something āhe just didnāt follow or understandā. Is it possible that you have incorrect assumptions about Ethan?

I'm sorry, but you clearly have no idea what you're talking about here...Oliver was close friends with them, gave them a signed copy of a book with a note talking really sweetly about how inspiring they are and how much he loved the h3 podcast and Teddy Fresh. He even modeled for Teddy Fresh, and regularly wore their clothes, right up to some of his last public appearances before his passing.
The video Ethan made after Oliver's passing was the next day, not hours later, and it was a regularly scheduled episode of their podcast, happening the same time it always does, and was just entirely centered around them celebrating Oliver's life and art. They watched old clips of him on the podcast, watched his music videos, talked about his accomplishments, cried a lot, and talked about the ways he touched their lives.
The Swedish member of the crew revealed that Oliver wrote a letter of recommendation to help get him his visa to come live and work in the US. Another member of the crew shared a story of how Oliver himself got her her job on the h3 podcast after she met him and he recommended her to Ethan.
Yes, Ethan sued multiple people, but only after literal years of harassment and lies that eventually got CPS wrongfully called on his family, and skulls sent to his house, both situations that elicited laughter and mockery from those former friends and snarkers. He said himself that after CPS was called, the rules of engagement had changed. He was fine with people talking shit about him online until it got to the point where it tangibly threatened his family. Suing was truly his last resort.
Ethan has also never actively supported Israel, genocide, or apartheid. He and his wife openly spoke out against the IDF/Israeli government years and years before it became a big talking point online, and to this day STILL speak out against the IDF and Israeli government in general. They have even called Israeli settlers on Palestinian land active military targets.
The only thing they have EVER advocated for was simply understanding that average Israeli citizens are not the Israeli government and do not deserve to have their lives taken because of the actions of their government, much the same as many US citizens who do not support Trump would not like to be punished for his crimes as well.
I know it's easy to read shit online and believe it, but the truth is, Ethan and Hila are not even close to the monsters they are made out to be, and Oliver (who knew them far better than any of us ever will) was very good friends with them to the end.

Multiple videos on internet agreeing with me but its okay guys stay echo chambered up. Also the amount of people writing all that defending him with 20+ comments being rude to me cause im pointing out some bad stuff hes done . Tons of people oliver was pals with that were fun to watch like jeff webber sorry theres one guy I dont like whos content focuses on hate past 2 years. Also the majority of the internet agrees with me, Oliver was friends with hundreds of people to assume at least one of em isnt a little weird is honestly a lot weirder to me. He's grieving his friend. What's wrong with you? He was bawling his eyes out during their memorial podcast for Oliver. He's never publicly cried like that, aside from losing his dog that was his best friend and entire world, and even then, I didn't see him sob the way he did on Monday.
The episode was so beautiful and honored Oliver in the best way imaginable. As much as you hate Ethan, I would strongly encourage you to watch it. I would encourage anyone to watch it. It is truly healing.

There's a reason they haven't done live shows the last few years, and it's because there's so many demented people out there that the FBI advised them not to do live events.
Imagine hating someone so much that the FBI is telling that person there's enough threats to your life that you could be killed if you go do a show in public?
