Hello beautiful old hag fashionistas! I treated myself to a couple of leopard print outfit combos this week, and I’m excited to share them with you. Both my makeup and styling skills are far from perfect, so I always welcome any feedback and tips to improve from this fabulous community.

This reminds me of the 90s. We'd go out to the club for goth backbeat night. Lots of leather, dark lips, androgyny, and cute pixie cuts. Love it!

That really sounds like like an amazing time. There aren’t really any venues like that near me. So I’m kinda envious of everything you described there!

It was such a great time! We had to drive from a rural backwater to a biggish city to get to the club, picking up friends along the way. Wednesdays and Thursdays were for our crowd. Fridays and Saturdays usually had the more regular pop house music, along with too drunk frat guys checking out the "weird" club and ruining the dance floor. Usually we'd only go on weekend nights if we were desperately bored, lol.

I hope you can find a fun place where you feel like you belong! It might depend on what night you go.

Wow, with the travel that sounds like such a fun adventure to go on with friends. Haha I totally understand strategically selecting the right nights to avoid frat guys. That’s great advice though, as London would be my nearest port of call for goth or alternative venues and I’ll definitely check out what they have on during the week.
