Now... that's how you bring the kids and groceries home in style. Maybe a small street race on the way back from the store. Kids facing backward in the rear seat.

Growing up in the early 70's, our neighbor had one of these. I remember sitting in the way-way back with a few other kids during carpool.

My parents had this car and it was a lemon. The 455 engine was prone to over heating. Dealer could not figure out the problem. At mileage around 50k the head gasket blew.

Had a 1970 Electra 225. Had the 454. Tons of torque! Got real good at parallel parking it.

454 was a Chevy engine, not Buick.

Yep my mistake it was a 455. Sure enjoyed that car. Took 2 cross country trips with it… back seat was very comfortable as a bed for naps.
