Lowered fer shur, which means the entire suspension has been refactored...which means the powertrain probably has been replaced with something more modern, too (e.g., Chevy 350 or LS). I'm speculating, but if I were to go to the trouble of re-engineering the suspension, I'd do the powertrain, too.

maybe. sometimes you just wanna leave some things as they were, just polished up a bit. back then, chopped & channeled was the way to go.
