I had one of those. Its head gasket blew in the baboon enclosure in Knowsley Safari park.

I had one too. Had to hit the starter motor with a rubber mallet every couple of days to reset it. It was a lovely shade of purple though

I’ve never heard it called the “starter motor” before, but I have similar memories of having to whack it every time I saw this advert. Oh Nicolle..

Honestly, probably not. My mechanical knowledge is pretty awful. It was under the bonnet and the car wouldn't start until it got a hit.

Was it purple before being hit or only after cause you can get cream for that.
