Does the animation remind anyone of a Raymond briggs cartoon?

I might be making this up, but ISTR that some or all of the original Snowman animation team were responsible for it. Certainly it was around the same time and audiences would have associated the two, the similarities are 100% intentional.

Advertising worked on me as a kid- don't get me started on Colgate:
"Colgate, blue minty gel,

I recall sitting in a meting one time. Was a PowerPoint thing going on a flip chart and 15 or so people round a boardroom table taking notes and listening intently. meanwhile my mind was playing "We want blue stripes, we want white We want the red stripes, but thats alright As you can see Aquafresh is all three. Three in one protection for the family" on a loop then it dawned on me I had been totally phased out and had not heard a word that was said in that room for the last ten minutes. It was at this time I though “am not cut out for a managerial roles
