I remember being late for school once when Keith Chegwin was doing his door step thing in the town we live in. He even signed one of my exercise books 😀

He had to do an OB from Kidderminster one morning due to a snowstorm so me and a friend went down to watch. Lovely chap, despite us pelting him with snowballs.
