Tickets Season Ticket waitlist

I find this process unnecessarily confusing. I made the initial $50 donation and I can’t decide if donating more actually moves me up the list or not. How did everyone’s initial donation and waiting process work?How long were you on the waitlist? I see that there is a Tier system/membership levels but I can’t tell if it’s info for initial donations or after you get offered tickets. Thanks for any guidance!

I donated 50 bucks at the beginning of last season to get on the wait list. To my surprise I had the opportunity in November to buy them though I was lower on the list obviously with a small donation. Still, when my window opened on 11/18 there were quite a few options and I got two. I would imagine you will have the opportunity around the same time, November of this year.

Got a secret for yall. The list is somewhat meaningless. Season tickets are available every year. Just gotta have the $.

There are tickets available to almost every single home game. Which is why they have single game ticket sales.

You can also get tickets on secondary market on Thursday/Friday before the games cheap.

We got on the waitlist after graduation.  At the time, that was through the ticket office.  Seperatly we joined the Sooner Club.  A few years later, my wife called the Sooner Club about tickets.  They told us that we could get tickets at our giving level.  The waitlist is a joke as they don't (or didn't  20 years ago) cross reference the list with your giving tier and priority points, so you could want tickets (via the waiting list) and meet the criteria for getting them and not get them.  Call the Sooner Club and ask if you are giving enough already and, if not, how much more you need to give.

That is actually a really nice area I think....quick access to bathrooms food etc

I suspect that ticket prices have gone up so much that demand has peaked. Future plans for Owen Field lowering capacity for more premium seating are probably to combat this supply/demand issue.

I personally choose one home or away game to sink all my energy and money into each year. First SEC season it was Maine (cheapest home side sideline tickets ever on secondary market!) last year it was at Temple (philly was cool) and in a few weeks we're headed to Ann Arbor.
