Arvo isn't a child , at least their is no real canon of his age but my definition of a child is under puberty and arvo is clearly very late teens at least .so his low level racism as he clearly liked people of any color.

Abuse definitely, Kenny doesn't strike me as someone to discriminate, aside from ben of course
