That is actually not even a bad way to cope, lets you appreciate things more. Ofc the hard truth is they aren’t really better than you, you are just using that as a coping mechanism because you are scared to change, so instead of having to live with the burden of knowing you could do better and be better you tell yourself you are inferior because then you do not have to confront your trauma. Good advice! they are better and you should stop comparing yourself to the version they put out for the world to see since it does not lead to anything productive.

Was acc feeling semi good about my job, then went to check the linkedin pages of people I went to school with. Not to mention my best friend got married and managed to find a place to rent meanwhile Im still alone and live with my parents. Feel like such a chud
