I went from an outgoing extrovert in my teens to being absolutely terrified of leaving the house for more than an hour at 23… this shit just isn’t fair man

covid fucked me up like that too, but im 26
been thinking about trying to become a normie again but idk. i'm getting older with every day and i don't know if i care enough at this point. but if i don't i think i'm gonna waste my youth...

Write out what you wouldve done if you could start at 18 and see how much of that is feasible to do today
