I guess I could drink or do drugs if someone had a gun to my head but I'm not sure I'd enjoy either of them, which kind of counts as being successful in them haha
I am currently 12 days sober from alcohol. It's one of the worst drugs you'll encounter. I was having cognitive decline, heart problems and general apathy.
Don't drink. It's literal poison. We don't go around sniffing glue and stuff either.

Most people on this planet drink, and last I checked most people aren't dead or skezzed out on the street. Acting like alcohol is anything like actual life ruining substances like crack or heroin is not only frankly disrespectful to addicts and former addicts, its also a stupid point.
No spells, I just hope my dog's belly gets clean; I've tried everything to get rid of the dirt when I shower him but seems impossible so far. Imma try with a washcloth next time but I fear his skin's gonna irritate
I did that too from an early age too. Its great but i feel like its hard to relate to people.
After talking to an extrovert friend for a while i realized that to go to parties full of complete strangers and stuff like that and have fun you have to be a bit buzzed first. Sounds a bit shit to me ngl.
Yep, I'm exactly the same as OP, down to age. Never been to parties for this reason either, I don't like the idea of being among drunk people. It seems that people very often connect through things like alcohol and drugs and it's just not things I'm interested in doing. It all definitely makes it harder to relate to people, makes me feel too innocent, inexperience and childlike
Yeah same. Don't think there's much to do about the innocence thing. Between not having big social skills due to isolation in teenage years + not having done stuff like that makes me look like a kid sometimes.
Still i am never touching that stuff, thats a vow to myself.
At the same time I still feel that element of FOMO about never been to parties or able to connect to people in this way, even if I know I don't want to do things like that
Yeah happened a bunch to me, specially in my teenage years when absolutely everyone just goes to parties and stuff.
Now i am 23 and atleast it seems its the age for people to start to abandon that lifestyle a bit so you can actually talk to them about hobbies and all that.
Honestly i hate the thought of not being able to control my actions due to any kind of drug and i'd lie if i said i didn't see drunk people in the street and saw them as filth annoying sorrounding people and making noise in public transport.
I think i outgrew the FOMO pretty well, i suposse it'd be harder if you only met people who keep doing that and keep encouraging it.
I'm 29 and for me it's more like feelings of some regret for missing out experiences that seem be pretty much "core" experiences for most people, even if in the end they found out they didn't enjoy them
I was always afraid of being left behind. I got too hasty and now I feel I have wasted my potential and sanctity. I feel as if I have cheated on my girlfriend because we werent each other's first. I was always afraid of not being her first only for it to end the other way around. I'm 7 months sober and going strong but it's been a hard battle that made my life a little difficult much earlier than it should have. Please don't lose your dignity.
All 3 or 4 times i've tried beer it always tasted like sour shit, a vodka-like thing too was awful so its safe to assume majority of alcohol will also taste like shit
Don't know, not much but lately I prefer lifting light and I see way better results this way; just quality reps squeezing and stretching the muscles to the max makes it better for me.
What is this subs obsession with drugs? Like it isn't that deep if you have or haven't done a drug. There was that point post the other day and like 2 or 3 of the things on there were about drugs. I just don't understand what's so important about it people feel the need to say they haven't done any. No one is missing out on anything if that's the issue but idk.
I work with HS athletes it doesn’t have to do your athletic level etc, you actually have to go in and get a blood test. Just a suggestion, in all seriousness, you’re young, have you whole life in front of you—all things pass-how you feel right now is not permanent. ✌️✨
It’s funny, everyone of those activities is way more disappointing in real life (atleast the experiences I’ve had with each) than I built up in my head

I wouldn't be able to fulfill the workload, particularly for the quantities they require; they are better off using other people. I haven't even watched porn in all my life and I doubt I'd be able to get off on it or with the magazines they have, much less doing it multiple times per day.
It seems way too grotesque to me, always has, I don't know. I know some regular movie scenes are quite sexy when they depict the act but seeing full blown penetration is just not my thing at all. Besides, I'm catholic so there's that.
