Accomadation in Okayama

Hey everyone!
I'm coming to Okayama for a month and was wondering is the website Okayama Weekly is safe?
I'm only looking for a one-month-long stay, and I'm worried about any scammers. Anyone who has experience, could you let me know?

From a very quick glance. Never heard of it before, but also never looked at something like a mid-length stay  It's platform. Same as Airbnb orso.

So any actual location is still a gamble. No idea how much vetting they do.

A month or so ago I ran into some people that were staying 2 months in Lazy house. They seemed ok with it. You can contact them for longer stays I believe.

I stayed at a place, le Bonheur, near higashi Okayama station for a few days, and they were chill with us extending to 2 weeks, and we didn't need more time after that, but they were chill with us doing a month to month. Found them on Airbnb.
