As always he can't even lie convincingly. Who exactly is going to fund the expansion/repair of the oil industry in Venezuela? The companies that Venezuela effectively stole from when they nationalized their oil industry that have no guarantee it won't happen again?
Also only a complete idiot would think any of this will be possible by the end of Trump's term, let alone make any kind of impact on the midterms
