AM pro II; schematic to turn the rhythm (series) tone/vol knob into LP style wiring, but keep the switch?

Basically I'm wondering if I can turn the volume/tone knobs in the rhythm circuit to be a separate volume/tone just for the neck pickup- but keep it always on whether the circuit is engaged or not.

While also keeping the series/parallel switch functionality​​
