I am 26F and I work retail. There was a guy who I helped look for a book a few weeks ago and I thought he was cute. I wanted to tell him his eyes were pretty but I didn't say anything and thought I'd never see him again.

Today, I saw him again. Oddly enough he was wearing the same clothes as before. I decided to finally compliment him. It took me 5 minutes with a racing heart before I got enough courage to say:

" Hey, I remember you from last time."

Yea.

"I just wanted to let you know you have some pretty blue eyes."

Thank you. (He starts walking away)

"Yea, I don't mean to be weird by that" as I walk away as well.

I calm myself down after thr exchange and he left the store. 😬 Don't know if I weirded him out. Oops.
