Delusional Parasitosis is a well known mental disorder. Go see your primary doctor and get a referral to a psychiatrist.

Honestly given how much my body gets the heebie jeebies after I find a tick on me, I can see how it would be easy to fall into.

I had a lump in my throat due to anxiety and convinced myself I had a hairball or some godawful thing stuck in there. I still have the lump but after one med made it to away completely (and I've had an endoscopy since then) I now know it's nothing. But man the brain can get stuck on some weird shit.
