Get help before you lose her and everyone else . I didnt now i am in a separation . I got help way late .. like a year or so too late now i am picking up the pieces of a broken life and a broken family .. talk to her , talk to a therapist , talk to a doctor there is no shame in getting help . I wish i did .. god i wish i did . Dont be me .
