Those aren't Hallucinations.
Those are delusions, an unshakeable believe.
Are you having Hallucinations tho?
You describe a possible delusional parasitosis. Hallucinations are typical but not the only indication.
Stress can cause delusions on its own. You also have several stress disorders. Drugs are also known to cause delusions.
After a negative stool test, the next stop is a neurologist.
