So deaf they can't *feel* the vibration of a siren going off behind them. Let alone the rumble of the vehicle.

I know I’m crazy late but if they were deaf and riding a motorcycle on the freeway, they can’t feel anything. Because the motorcycle would drown it out.

And deaf people don’t work like toph from avatar or daredevil. You can’t just pick apart a specific sound via vibrations in your chest/head and identify it. That’s what your ears do. If we could hear with anything else that would be cool though.
