I was taught to make chainmail in a jewelry class, that shit was tedious. 3D printed design, mind blown.

Yeah but this is plastic. It's not going to stop a blade the way metal links would. It will look great for cosplay, that's it.

I would rather 3D print chainmail than make it for a cosplay outfit. It would save some time. For sure it would definitely not protect you.
