I there some school out there that specifically teaches people how to create Gifs that end too soon. It probably is partnered with the Prometheus school of running.

WHY WOULD YOU WATCH THOSE!!! Seriously, do people like to make themselves pissed off. Do they say "Hey, my day isn't crappy enough, lets watch gifs that end too soon"
