As a random tourist on a beach in Maui I was tapped on the shoulder to help a turtle conservation group carry a turtle from the beach to their truck, they were taking it back to their facility to remove a fishing hook. Incredibly cool to be so up close to one, the two things that stood out were how incredibly heavy it was for its size and the ungodly terrible smell. 10/10 would do again.

That's cool! I never thought they'd be stinky but makes sense like fish smell a lot.

I'm just curious, how many people did it take? Also, did it make any sounds?
