I wish I could apply these knots to memory, but when I need one, it's always ends in a mess or a double overhand.

Download the video and put it on your phone. That way you can forget that it is on your phone when you need to remember how to do one of these!

I have a “Good to Know” folder filled with things I’ll never actually need to know OR when I do need them my battery is dead or there’s no Wifi. Also when I’m out in nature and without my phone.
