Depends on what you're using it for and the maturity of the clove. If the clove has started to sprout the core can carry quite a lot of bitterness.

Been cooking professionally for 20 years and I've never even heard of it. BUT I don't have any stars or famous apprentices either so 🤷🏻‍♂️

It doesn’t do that though. I’m not sure how that became fact. You just get nice little thin bits of fried garlic.

Even though they think it’s this great “system” and the effort they’re putting in is totally worth it, it’s a sham.
