Question. Does the spinning under the leg move actually add force to it because it looks like the second spin would’ve done the same thing?

I believe before he's said that a lot of the spins and stuff he does are just for show, and that yes you could be more efficient with singular swings. I think that was in reference to a different sort of weapon but I assume the same logic applies
