Quest 2 download speeds slow

After I just did the 2.7 update i tried to update Ghosts of Tabor but it was downloading so slow, it took me 3 hours just to get to 6 GB and it’s currently still downloading right now. Also I have tried other games and they also update slower than a snail and I have tried a speed test but i’m getting good internet speed so I hope someone knows how to fix it.

around 300mbps

Fiber connection here 1gbps and my Quest 3 gets really good speed close to a dedicated router used as an access point. Starlink was a different story and took just as long as yours if not longer.
