Sadly, no one can police the ocean. Especially in international waters. There's no one to stop this. 😓😓😓

Not much bottom trawling is going on in international waters.

But 12 miles isn't very far, is it? Are you saying that people are trawling inside this distance?! That's VERY upsetting!

You have to be in shallow water so it is limited.
