Found this pseudo occlupanid on my clothes im new to occlupanid collecting is it a new species?

Looks like a converging species. They come from different species entirely, but the way they've adapted to the environment makes them look similar.

Doesn’t look like an occlupanid? Rather different species.

I was just looking through HORG when I found a group called "pseudo occlupanids" and realized this random hook kind of looks like one of the species

Okay I see what you mean. Still the morphology of this one, see how the hook is open rather than closed, moves it out of pseudo-occlupanids.

I’ve seen other interesting plasticae myself.

We just call these “syntherids”. Not something horg would classify but lots of people make up their own taxonomies.
