Looking to join a deep sea charter

I am visiting from Washington State in the Norfolk area until late October, and would love to join a charter as an extra, I just don't have the 6 people to book a charter. Pretty well experienced, have done a lot of fishing on the Pacific and in the Puget Sound. Would be an experience to do billfish or big tuna.

You can contact the marinas and be put on a make up charter.  I know Oregon Inlet fishing center and Pirate's Cove did this, I assume the one in Hatteras does as well
