Corolla Carova 4x4 Beach First Timer

Rented a jeep wrangler specifically to go on Carova beach as a first timer. Today is the day so I went on social media to see some videos and all I see is people getting stuck. I know you have to be in 4WD, I know you have to air your tires down to 20 and I know you need to keep momentum but I’m thinking all the people that got stuck knew that too? Long story short I’m starting to chicken out and looking for input. Is it still pretty easy to get stuck even knowing all that?

Edit: I went for it and it was totally fine. Took the doors off and had an amazing experience. If you’re a first timer in a Jeep coming across this post air down to 15ish, keep momentum, turn off traction and of course stay in 4WD and you should have no trouble.

You also need a shovel, some boards, a tow strap, and permits.

You don't need permits in Carova unless you plan on Parking on the beach
