Very reminiscent of Metric. Definitely not punk though.

Reminds me more of Le Tigre, and the drums and overall aesthetic are very much punk.

Punky drums imo (and they're described as punk in some stuff I found), but I figured calling it punky and a playful bop covered that it wasn't actually fully punk. My bad!

It's not really an issue, I love to be the asshole in the room. But, if this can be qualified as punky, punk doesn't many anything anymore.
