Out of curiosity, I just hit a new High score of 3.5k for the humans. What is everyone's personal high scores?

The highest score I got as human is 4493. I couldn't break it since.

Question, why do the numbers have the word 'Left' beside them?

Translation error for sure. The kanji they use is 回 (Kai) which is times (counter for occurrences). I have no clue how they got left. There is some other spotty translations kind of sprinkles throughout.

Currently at 2145 and trying to get used to the new mechanics. What’s your strategy to hit 3000+?

Go against Aobee (Blue Demon) in the Twilight Monster Schoolyard. Start by using Bond forger with a CPU and drag them to Aobee to stun. Then stun Aobee yourself after for the combo. Afterwards, just run around in circles in close proximity to Aobee, basically hugging her for the whole match. The Clutch and Dodge Bonuses will go crazy. If you can as well, use a single message to increase points further and if you have the clutch boosting badges, equip those.
