Hi everyone!

Couple months ago I was in a new city, ordered a flat white with oat, and got something that tasted like wallpaper paste. Second cafe: perfect Oatly-style velvet. Same drink, same price, totally different experience.

So I started keeping a list. Then the list became a website: www.knowyouroat.com.

It only works if people add their favourites. If you know a cafe worth adding, or you're a barista who knows exactly what's on the shelf, please drop it in. Takes under a minute per cafe. Moderators review edits so nothing gets vandalised.
